When Print&Cut is executed via RasterLink output for the path created clipping mask, the masked part is included as a margin.When Unicode characters are included in layer names on Illustrator CS/CS2/CS3/CS4, an error occurs at the start of Output to RasterLink dialog.To make stickers or the like, using Frame Extraction, create a path for cutting inside or outside the data with image as below, and then execute Print&Cut from RasterLink output. Frame Extraction is available for the data with images.
